Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
“Nose: Toffee sweetness, lots of dried fruit. Plenty of smoke, nutty, marzipan, dried citrus. Coastal as always. Perhaps the faintest hint of sulphur, not unpleasant though.
Palate: Big and full on the palate. Dark sugar, very fruity and spicy, lots of coastal character too, as a surge of smoke develops, good body.
Finish: The oak develops with spicy intent, long and smoky.”
